Oxygen Exercise Can Enhance Energy
Optimize Brain and Body Health

At Gym for the Brain you exercise with a specially designed oxygen system that boosts the oxygen delivered to your brain and body.

Exercising with four times more oxygen stimulates the body and brain to assist red blood cells in carrying more oxygen throughout your body. With extra oxygen, your cells can more efficiently help your body repair itself and function better.

Why do I want more oxygen?

Research shows that many health issues and chronic conditions can be related to not enough oxygen getting to the tissues, including:

  • ADHD
  • Alzheimer’s disease/dementia
  • Concussions/TBI
  • Depression
  • Insomnia
  • Heart disease
  • Inflammation
  • Poor circulation
  • Weight
  • Stress
  • Viruses

At Gym for the Brain, the amount of oxygen getting to the brain and tissues is increased. More oxygen helps the repair-and-renewal process and reduces inflammation. This results in aging more slowly and functioning better.

“Transfer of oxygen from the blood to the cells is perhaps the most significant underlying factor in whether you live a healthy life or not! The more damaged the transfer mechanism becomes, the more likely you will become ill.”

-Robert Rowen, MD. (Dr. Rowen has an international reputation for his pioneering work in oxidation and the use of oxygen in clinical treatment.)

Research Shows that Increased Oxygen Has Many Benefits

The Brain

  • Reduced brain fog
  • More energy, less fatigue
  • Improved mood, worry, and anxiety
  • Better sleep
  • Enhanced memory and concentration
  • Slowing cognitive decline
  • Reducing inflammation

The Body

  • Drives down inflammation
  • Clears toxins and flushes metabolic waste
  • Increases blood flow, red/white cell growth
  • Reduces pain
  • Stimulates the immune system
  • Helps your body repair itself
  • Promotes anti-aging

How do I get more oxygen?

If you want to be healthier at all levels, oxygen is the best tool. Three of the most powerful ways to get more oxygen to your brain and body are:
  • Hyperbaric oxygen therapy
  • IV ozone therapy
  • Exercising with oxygen, including intermittent hypoxic (high altitude) training
Any one of these can help you.  How do they compare?  To learn more click here.

Co-founder Mike Cohen’s quick take on why oxygen exercise is good for your brain and body.

“This is one of the best tools I’ve ever seen to enhance detoxification, improve blood flow and reduce inflammation. It makes your brain YOUNGER and stronger.”

Michael Cohen, Director
Center for Brain Training
Co-Founder Gym for the Brain

How does the training work?

It’s easy. You pedal on a recumbent bike at your own moderate pace. You wear a personal oxygen mask. As you pedal, you automatically take in much larger amounts of oxygen than normal through the mask. Periodically, your trainer switches you from 86% oxygen (high-intensity) to high-altitude oxygen (14%) for short times to increase oxygen utilization. Training typically takes 15 minutes two to four times weekly at our center. Results are usually noticeable within five to ten sessions. Your program includes guidance by a trainer. Your trainer customizes your training protocols based on your goals, helps you learn how to train with oxygen, and monitors your progress to ensure you achieve maximum oxygen benefits.

In addition:

  • It’s safe. (Ride a bike. Breathe oxygen.)
  • It’s fast. (15 minutes per session)
  • It’s inexpensive relative to other oxygen therapies.
  • It’s a game changer for mental and physical enhancement – far beyond just nutrition and physical exercise.
  • It can speed up your body’s detox process (cleaning out toxins or metabolic waste).
  • It’s non-invasive
“All chronic pain, suffering, and diseases are caused from a lack of oxygen at the cell level.”

— Dr. Arthur C. Guyton,
author of Textbook of Medical Physiology

The Role of Oxygen Exercise in Tackling Toxins and Inflammation

Inflammation greatly exacerbates health issues for virtually everyone. Inflammation builds up over the years, becoming an ENEMY. This enemy presents a HIGH risk to our brain and body.
Inflammation can affect sleep, mood and energy. It can heighten chronic pain and contribute to autoimmune issues.

Did you know that Alzheimer’s disease and dementia are closely linked to long-term, chronic inflammatory processes? (research link)
We unknowingly ingest toxins every day. Toxins can be found in food, beverages, and our environment, which is contaminated by invisible chemicals, micro-plastics, air pollution, EMF, and beyond. These unseen elements contribute to chronic inflammation and other underlying health issues.

This sophisticated type of oxygen exercise is a very good tool for reducing inflammation and enlisting your body’s healing power, while helping you combat the toxic world in which we live.
